If its a third car in question then i think you should go for a yaris 1.3 or might even an aqua ftw. A third car should be a compact one & kinda hassle free in daily city driving. Corolla jahaz hai bilkul. Baqi it’s up to you bro

6 months is even better, however I read that these new fully synthetic oils are lasting longer, up to 1 year or even more in some cases. Changing oil after 6 months if car isn't driven a lot is better, you should definitely change the oil.

Those are group 4 oils..total/Valvoline/honda toyota all arw group 3 here. 6 months are enough or as per driven, whatever comes earlier

Talking abouts oils, also guide bro that I've about 600ml oil left in the taglon bottle which is 11 months old which i forgot to take along at my 2nd oil change. Can i use that oil for my next oil change which I'll be getting soon

I don’t know whether they change oil at first 45 days or 1000 kms anyways I am still using that one before Toyota introduced Taglon X

Toyota Islamabad Motors still pours this into my car. Mine is 65k driven now. On last oil change i even asked them if it is good for the car and they gave some bullshit excuse.

That's strange. How r u still getting 5w-50 after 65k. On my 1st oil change Airport motors told me they usually shift to 10w-30 after 20k

Honestly i dont know much about the motor oils, and we've never had any engine issues in the past 8, 9 years in any car since we started going to Toyota Islamabad. So i always thought they must know what they're doing. It's seems that i was wrong to think that. Our 2012 Gli was driven about 350,000 kms. As it was govt car every single thing, no matter how small, it was all done from Toyota Islamabad since day 1. We never really asked what oil they were using lol. But we never, not even once, had any issue or break downs with regards to engine.
