If you want to go for toyota then use 10w-30

I want to share my experience of toyota Corolla GLI 2006.

That car was under my father possession. He dont know anything about engine oils.
He used the the all local brand oil (jo mechanic daal dy)
Zic A+
Zic A
Guard oil
Havoline
Shell

And he also used all available viscosity.
But he is very strict on changing oil at every 4000 km

When ever i try to convince him he said sub bakwaas ha sub oil aik jaisay ha marketing stunt ha.

His car is 3 lac plus km on odometer which run mostly on CNG.

When ever i drive his car i dont feel significantly difference in power as compared to my car.

Some time i wonder he may be right.

Yaar I'm also using it in my 1.8 altis cvt and getting 11-13 within city and 15-18 on highways, if you want something in 3000rs/4l than there is nothing like taglon 5w50.
Must try it, you won't regret.
Btw i had same engine in 2010 gli and drove it to 220,000kms on 20w50 without compromising fuel economy.
If you want low priced fully synthetic and good oil than go for taglon only.

you should. it wont disappoint you. only additional performance gain can be assumed after lets say every 25K KM give the car a speedy oil change i.e. after 2500 KMs instead of usual 5000 KMs.

I emailed total Pakistan to query change interval of total quartz 9000 fully synthetic

After getting details of my car they said max change interval should not be more than 10k KMs
