Raise the front of car on jackstands, shift the transmission to drive and speed up the engine so the speedo reads 60 kph.
Grab the spring between your thumb and finger to “feel” the noise of the wheel bearing. (The spring acts as a tuning fork)
If everything is good up front, check the rear wheels, they can be noisy and emit a noise which echoes in the cabin as front wheel noise.
I prefer to use a stethoscope to trace bearing noises or a chassis ear if the noise is only found while driving.
Also check the tires for cupping wear, cupped tires make a wheel bearing type rumble.
