Open up front suspension check out which suspension parts need replacement, mostly at this age 80k kms bushings or tie rod ends usually need replacements but sometimes it depends on usage also. Open up everything and replace all items with genuine parts or atleast japanese. Also check shocks.

that is the evap solenoid - and its capped off because there is no evap control system in the local made corolla as it was not mandated by the govt.
Its connected to the manifold on one end thats why it can pop off in backfire.
