But how can we know the inputs of O2 , there might be a vaccum leak.

O2 is replaced by trim pot in this model. It can only be adjusted by the help of exhaust gas analyzer. Available at all major dealerships.
As far vaccum leak is concerned, a small vaccum leak will cause engine surge and erratic idling.

@mohsin-212 bro what you are talking about cat con and O2 sensor. I have seen many corolla people driving their cars without cat con. That just helps to reduce toxic gases from the exhaust. Just to control air pollution. And yes Trim pot is there in these cars. and I guess o2 sensor and trim pot, both has the same function of observing if the car is running rich or not.

Then how its ECU adjusts fuel trim

Using IAT, ECT, MAF and Fuel Trim Pot. ECU combines all above sensors data and set AFR accordingly ( STFT and LTFT). From idling to WOT. If any sensor goes bad, ECU tries to compensate using other sensors data and preset tables.

What is the right way to clean MAF sensor og 1.6 9th gen? cleaning it with petrol and drying it is ok or some other technique? and after how much time MAF sensor needs to be get cleaned?

pnly use electrical contact cleaner with maf...it shud not leave any residue on the filament...petrol etc leave residue...not good for maf

Dont use any type of fluid on maf sensor,it's perticular mass sensor cleaner spray is hard to find in automotive markets in pakistan,i live in karachi i had never find maf sensor cleaner here in markets,but you can buy it online from daraz,i only find it on daraz pakistani online marketplace,i have purchased twice liquimoly maf sensor cleaner,and i am satisfied by its results,smooth drive MashaAllah.you can purchase from daraz also,clean maf sensor on every mobil change,and after cleaning maf sensor put maf sensor back after half an hour.that it should completely dry.and also put always good quality airfilter,and clean airfilter with pressure air gun once in a week.in that way maf sensor will be neat clean for long time.

You may use wd40 contact cleaner,as it is used on electric componenets and it would not harm electric components,but i personaly never used wd40 contact cleaner on maf sensor or on oxygen sensor,but i have seen many people using it on maf cleaning purpose too.
Also almost all mechanics in our country they use petrol and carosin oil on maf sensor cleaning of expensive and brand new cars...never ever use any liquid other than its special cleaning spray.if you want proper cleaning and smooth drive,then only use maf sensor cleaner only.

Whenever i go for car tuning. my electrician clean it with petrol. i will try to avoid it from next time.

bro u can get the WD40 Specialist Electrical contact cleaner from Daraz or many online sites....its a must have item to fix many things...price ranges from 800 to 1000 for 1000Ml spray bottle...

also u can add a can of WD40 white lithium grease with it...solves many lubration issues

My car's front shocks need to be replaced now which shocks should I use
1) Kabli shocks (Rs5000 is demanded for pair)
2) New but not from OEM Toyota costing around Rs.13000 for pair.

Go for new shocks,if you reside in karachi,then you can find good quality new front and rear shocks from plaza sadar,always buy kyb shocks they are soft and long losting compared to garbiel and other shocks.

Never ever alow your mechanic to clean maf sensor other than its particular cleaner,gari to chalegi petrol se saaf katne ke baad bhi,par wo smoothness of drive and life nhi rahegi sensor ki,and also bad for engine life and bad fuel average.
