bro...ur wheels a a bit too much...max size shoul be 195/65/15 for this model...1.8 altis came with this tyre size as OEM...

what engine oil are u using, 10W-40 gives optimal performance...

carbon deposit in ehsaust means ur car is running rich on fuel...maybe the AFR need some adjustment..

does it reduce OIL?

The problem with most of these roadside mechanics do buy fancy obd scanners but none can actualy use it other then reset the fualt code.
90%do not have a basic understanding of language and sense to understand that difference of opinion leads to more knowledge.
So guys plz refer some good mechanic near by attock/pindi islamabad.
