Ma bro gotta 2.0D Limited Edition 2000-2001 Indus Shape in Golden Colour. (Though I found colour a bit loud)
Indus 2.0D is one heck of a reliable car as ma Dad had the last 2.0D Indus standard trim watsoever I remember in 2000-2001 March and sold it in December-Janruary and clock was showin 215k kms, I guess oil was changed for only couple of times other wise most of the time oil is added as a 4 litre can always use to be ther in the trunk. Car used to get a wash with rain. In tht 10 months car neva broke down on the road for once. 60+ updowns to Muzaffurabad from Khi, as ma dad don lik air travel. I always saw tht car start neva standin quiet or sleeping. And car after all tht beating got sold for 715k.

I have 1998 Corolla 1.6 GLi. She is fast and furious. I Love my babe. I drive Karachi to Murree STRAIGHT in a shot.....just fuel and meals stops......The car is great.
this is my dads ride. 2003 1.3 XLI. exhaust and full side skirts and bumper extensions. full carbon projected headlamps. Plugs also changed.

and now a days seriously thinking about installing power windows in it...anybody suggest good shop in islalmabad/pindi.....to do so........and approximate cost as well.!!!!!!!!!!!
Pervez its good to know how adventurous you are. I too would love to drive or accompany you on a by road trip from Karachi to Islamabad, can not undertake such an adventure myself, cause I am not familiar with the routes and places.
Please either guide me or let's make a new trip.

@asd123 i told u about estimated cost of around 9000 for installation of powerwindows, central locking and security system in karachi add some 1000-2000 for isb
@asd123. a friendly advice. do not install power windows. Hi temperature, humidity and dust are worst enemies of a power window system. Plus the aftermarkets are not that reliable as orginal factory fitted arrangement. I had a strong temptation to get power windows, but keeping in mind the cons, I would prefer not to have them.

anyway..i think its embaressing to open the window with a handle while fueling ur car or paying tax at a toll plaza....i mean people outside think that u are ""something"" but manual windows spoil the "show".....so thats why i thought to install power windows......
anyway ...any other memeber having idea about the instlation from twin cities??!!!!
@asd123 Why not to make a survey trip to Pindi Sadar and Bau Mohallah? There you will find a lot of stuff and do baragain a lot to get the prices reduced. Labour is also not very expensive.

i know about babu mohulla....but problem is that there are lot of less professional people out there ..who i think will spoil the system and windows...thats why i wanted to know any ""authentic"" place to install them......
i always feel that people of pindi are less professional as comapred with lahore ...any way thats just my idea.....no offense to anyone.
how much it will cost me to convert gli into altis from exterior to interior except engine and back 1.8 vvti monogram...e.g side skirts,wooden furnish dashboard,bumper lights,.....etc.Plz let me know
