Hi yes bro checked changed couple of times, same results
Its either the calliper are faulty or the booster is not up to the task due to big engine.

The crown setup should be more suitable since its been designed to stop a heavier car. However, when installing the brakes, do make sure that you would be able to get genuine/good quality brake pads for the setup. There too, you would be better off with the crown setup as the rx8's brake pads and other maintenance parts would be quite expensive.

and this is the issue that recently surfaced

upon braking the car moves towards left as you can see in the video around at 6 second mark, the left wheel locks instantly where as the right wheel doesnt only at high speed. at normal speed all wheels locks at the same time, the right piston seals got changed twice but i think the piston is dead i would have to upgrade front suspension and install 17 at front, i am scared if i install 17 due to double wishbone system i may put my self in more danger as the car lifts as soon as the speed is increased. any one ????

That is a serious issue. According to the video, it looks more like a braking issue than the suspension issue as its actually being pulled to one side and not just leaning towards the side. Here are some culprits that come to mind, (if I already havent mentioned them)

1. Piston in the calipers. The right side piston may be jammed and not effectively engaging under sudden braking.
2. Check brake lines for any kinks due to which the fluid may not be evenly reaching both side brakes.
3. Air in the system. This should be fixed by properly bleeding all 4 brakes. Mechanics normally do a lousy job at bleeding brakes. Here's a useful guide on how to do it How to Bleed Your Brakes - For Dummies
4. The master cylinder maybe faulty.
5. The front and back brake lines going into the master cylinder may be switched.
6. The proportioning valve (if there is one) maybe faulty.

Yup it is a serious issue hence the whole project is put on hold the weird thing is this was not present in the beginning, once i was driving and master cylinder leaked since then i have changed booster many ties, master cylinder many times the lines has been changed many times i have used roughly 10-12 cans of fluid for bleeding, swapped the pipes over and still same issue. the right side calliper broke the seals twice and the piston was not in good shape. I personally think it is the calliper not up to the task, once that issue is resolved and if God forbid issue still remains then i would have to look at the master cylinder or diff placement

once I heard from a mechanic that he fitted calipers to a Honda civic and it started giving strange break problems. he checked everything and also got the car checked by few other mechanics but the problem not solved. Afterwards he found that the calipers were fitted wrong SIDEWISE (left one was fitted on right and right one was fitted to left side) and this effected the whole breaking system. Hope this helps.

I had similar problem with my MKII.. dragging to left side while braking.. the problem was in alignment, although there was no pull while driving.. I'd suggest you to take to someone who know how to align these old cars.. i have tried a number of shops, after that found a very senior guy who know how to align these old cars.. He normally adjust the control rod (two big nuts right below the front shield.. in slang they call it chik rod) along with the tie rod ends..

The car Allignment hsa been sorted out by a guy who took at least 5 hours to do this job any one knows any good guy in karachi?

not every person can do alignment on these, but my rear Diff has been changed aswell i am in doubt that is not centered either that can have neative impact on car as well, but it is only when the brakes are pressed and it just kicks towards the left

the problem with the jz series is that the block is too heavy its heaver then 1uzfe vvti.(just of information ) you cant fit a huge booster because of the clutch cylinder or break booster of coaster might worked .did you changed the calipers yes then which one ??

original setup, havent changed the front calliper yet

thinking of rx8 setup or crown

but weiight is not an issue the car is running great it is just the braking issue, i have got it checked engine is mounted perfectly the car is solid if rx8 can withstand 2jx gte i guess mark 2 tank can easily support 2jz na easily ( just a thought)

Okay, but we were comparing the engine with weights rather than the actual HP but I get ur point.

Changed all 4 of them and then engine was mounted.

No nothing to do with that if the nose is heavy car shild show other signs like on high speed turning car should spin etc but it only happens while braking especially when the wheel locks at high speed
