I have managed to pin point the exact issue, the main gatri is locked in placed via 4 bushes, 2 infront and 2 rear, the rear once are not getting locked in place because of that the gatri is moving hence shocker mounts are moving with it, we are adding more stronger bushes in ordee to lock that in place plua adding strut mounts..

The steering box in bolted on chasis, upon moving the steering it is actually moving the chasis slightly, i would have to reinforce the chasis and the shocker mounts..
I think shocker mount weight plus shockers plus rims plus tire weight as having a huge toll on the mounts and they are not fabricated properly

A few dozens of initial replies on this thread had warned you of the exact situation you are in.

Modification of suspension is a very sensitive job, it can alter the steering geometry and the car loses its control.. reverting back to original setup would be more painful due to extensive cut & weld job. rather than reverting consult someone who understand this type of modifications and fix it.

I had to change gatri and thats it, i kept the original suspension, well yes i made a mistake of changing the front suspension, i am going with double wishbone system with bigger discs, lets hope foe the best.

Looks good and rust free.

Double check the 'subframe bushes'. Any weak link will effect the handling of the car..
