So you have a six stud hub in the back and 4 studs up front. That should make the wheel choice a breeze. I'm not a big fan of the vvti JZs, too fidgety. but yours is a clean motor. You should've had that diff cut and track matched, they swapped the other X30 (green) with the 1J and despite my telling Hameed ustad a thousand times they fit the thing as is. She handle's like a shopping trolley. Aaqibs a good guy though kinda limited by mechanics who think they know better but knows his stuff and really puts effort into his customers cars.

And yeah abt the wheels, he has already sourced some out and hopefully would receive them soon.

Abt the green one ... Oh buddy u can't compare that x30 with mine that is actually a shopping trolly by all means true... They have left so many loop holes in tht one ... Inshallah we will try to finish our car the correct way ....

Well I wanted to get the engine swap done first also the rear and front mechanical works swell. Since I m looking for a high quality paint job and interior, I did not want it to be ruined in the work shop.

U know how our local work shops operate here so did not want to take any chances ..

Breaks are upgraded to Toyota surf rear and Toyota crown front which is powered by a bigger servo.

Update ....

Alhumdullillah ... Car is almost done Mechanically only little tweeks here and there ...

it was tested today and as i was told as i saw the vids ... it really Rocks and can give run for there money to a lot of fast cars in Pakistan

Power to weight Ratio seems to be working really nice and the LSD is pulling wonders ....

Sent the car to Toyota capital today for body work, and guess what at first glance they denied to take the car, when my brother called me that told me this i just told him to ask the manager to write it down on there letterhead that Toyota Capital is rejecting Toyota Cressida for a Body and Paint JOb .. then the Manager changed his tone and said ok lets have another look ...

They gave us a Estimate of Rs 285,000/- for body and paint job and we have to provide the parts ... in other words they said NO to us ... LOL

Well NO i am not going to Toyota ... thats a insane price buddy ... and will not go to Vebra or Auto club .. they are all same, too much busy making money off insured cars ...

Well it has costed me a bit too much till now but will be worth it in the end

And yeah did dyno it yet but after we are done with the body and paint job then we will fine tune and dyno it and see how my Horses she is pulling ...

Will surly post the results
