New to the crown fan club
Boys plz suggest as iam having premio 1800cc right now want to move to crown 2001. Please guide me as iam from Peshawar and maintaining a 3.0 litre car can be tough. Should I upgrade or not? As it is off the market car and also parts availability is a big issue i have heard. Experienced champs in crown and white elephants please guide in detail.

Can you afford it's maintenance? I'm talking about new OE parts and not kabli ones. Kabli ones don't have a good relationship with crown.
If yes, then find a relatively clean one, get it completely checked, rectify the faults and enjoy.
@rajaatta is the crowned Crown king here.

Please guide further as i can afford regular/routine maintenance but not the new parts which are to be imported. I just want to know if i get the clean car which i will decide after pakwheels inspection report will it be easy to maintain this white elephant. All I mean to say is crown ziada kaam to nahi nikalti it its a daily driven car

Crown kabhi kaam nahe nikalti sirf general maintanance karein engine oil filter etc.
Suspension work is required once in 2 to 3 years for jzs 171 or 2000 or 2003 model general greesing is required every after 6 months.
So keeping a crown is not a big deal but finding a good one is a question mark.
But if you find a vehicle with good deal and has a good body you should be prepared to spend amount on priority basis on suspension and if needed on engine too.

Dont worry its not a bog deal at all
