I have a 2004 cygnus, and original 225k on odo, it gives me 5 to 5.5 kmpl in city with ac always on, and on highway it gives me 6.9 to 7.3 on 100 kph, and 6.5 to 6.7 on 120 kph. I use 5w30 and car is as smooth as butter. And i change oil on 5000. I am second owner, First owner used to change on 3000 kms till 158k, I am very satisfied with my vehicle ALHAMDULILLAH, i am telling you all of this to testify what all of these seasoned pakwheelers are saying is 100% true. You need a better and genuine mechanic. Get your vehicle fixed once, and you will be able to enjoy a V8 in a far less price than lc200. And V8 is a thing of beauty, which unfortunately is discontinued. Please dont try 1kz or 1kd in cygnus, it will give you far worse economy because of power to weight ratio and it will f*** the whole rig up. Nothing beats 2uz-fe, unless 2UR. If you want to keep lc100 cygnus, this is the best economy you ll get. Btw i put 6.8 ltrs of oil with oil filter change, and i dont think my engine eats up oil, anyways i ll check. And i have a query, i need advice regarding a good sound master in lahore who is sensible enough to give me a solution for bluetooth connectivity for my cygnus, i dont like tesla, as i am in love with wooden dash
