As 37" tires we the main ingredient of this built, all things were planned accordingly in a sequence. SOA & related stuff was part of it and Alhamdo Lillah every thing is working fine. Now I'm in a process of optimizing and fine-tuning the setup.

Interestingly, the vehicle achieved a tighter turning circle than stock without rubbing anything. Flex has yet to tested for extreme limits.

For the bumper, I took some ideas from the net and simplified them to look good on FJ40's face while easy to fabricate at the same time.

@TLCFJ40.....its much softer as compared to the stock including steering. Though P/steering is yet to be installed. Have not been for a proper drive yet due to pending engine tune-up.

Track Bar - test 1

Checked the body roll / stretch / tilt with a Hi-lift jack just behind the front mud guard while all 4 tires were on leveled ground. Though couldn't take pictures while track bar was connected. There was an obvious difference of few inches in the body roll where the bars were reducing it before the rear tire just left the ground .

It seems that these bars with help reducing excessive body roll while the vehicle is on side slopes / slant / incline....at a cost of reduced suspension articulation. Secondly, ride softened with track bars removed.

Another thing that I noticed but again forgot to photograph was a certain degree of side-way bent in the shackles in absence of it.

Just see if the sensor is there and not broken / damaged. Gauge will work with any engine. I still have to look for oil pressure gauges so I'll get another one also.
