yes Toyota Taglon 5w50 is fully synthetic but i would rather use another brand in fully synthetic, btw Toyota indus mostly use Toyota dezon engine oil for diesel engine.

In my personal opinion it's worth changing as I wasn't satisfied with the performance of the petrol version. It felt a bit too much underpowered. I took a test drive of the diesel version and it actually felt a lot better in terms of acceleration, power delivered by the engine is also a lot better than petrol. Also in Diesel version I personally felt that the steering is actually a bit lighter which is really good especially in rushy areas as the driver had to put an amount of effort (in petrol version) to rotate the steering wheel.
