there is a difference between a flat and a boxer engine - Subaru have boxers, Porsches have flats

People put LS2s is Miatas too, but it spoils the car for what it is supposed to be. This car is very light and flickable just the way it is, and hence very enjoyable in its own way.

Oh yes, coming up on 8,000 miles. It is about 85% as much fun as the Corvette, I kid you not. Besides, I have been taught good lessons in being more private.

Yes its an enjoyable car, like the miata, infact its like a long lasting toy and it never gets boring. I usually laugh when I see these cars show up in droves at body shops because drift lessons from F&F Tokyo Drift were used.

You are right, it depends on the driver, and the road. The BRZ/GT86 is a blast on something like SR144 in PA, or the TOTD down South.

its not a bad car, the problem is that how toyota/subaru have marketed it - That almost guarantees that every other driver of this car thinks they are drift kings and promptly buy a copy of Fast and Furious Tokyo drift to learn the skills

if this car is imported like FD3S and now only a hand full are left with rotaries where majority are butchered to accommodate a two Jaaa ZEEEE, i also see this car meeting the 2JZ swaped GT86s will be owned by every Falana bhai and his chilay be like Falany bahi ki GT86 single turbo 1jz is faster then a buggati without realizing this car was never ment to be a dragster

I drove one (BRZ) - for a week (freind's car) - it surely was nice and fun like a first gen miata
