Do any of Revo owner feel the suspension too stiff and bouncy? Also steering vibrate after 100kph speed, i think it need wheel balancing even though i havent change tires/wheels.

Due to break in period haven't driven more than 80 km/ph. The suspension is softer than the local Vigo
However I found the leaf springs (kamania) a lot more straighter than have usually seen them
Am thinking to have mine inspected from dealership

Suspension:
Please do not change tyres till you've completed 10,000 kms.
I experienced stiff suspension in the beginning, but now with 9,600+ kms done, there is a significant difference between before and after. I personally find these tyres very appropriate for dry conditions and think that these offer a good balance of grip, comfort and low-noise.

Steering Vibration and Alignment
Take the ride to the dealership and request them to balance the wheels.
I have taken my ride upto 160km (during trip to Kund Malir) and have driven constantly at 130km cruise and haven't felt "any" steering vibration whatsoever. You need to get this checked.
Yes, during off-roading, I do sometimes feel bumps related vibration in the steering, but I'm assuming that's normal.

i have 2008 Thai Vigo petrol and i think the suspension of Revo is somewhat same or more bouncy than the Vigo. Seats are also not comfy as i take to work around 46km going/back, its harder than Vigo leather seat i hope maybe it will soften up later just the same hard leather seats as my civic turbo seats.

i wont change the tires as i was adviced to keep these oem tires from tireshop guy as it doesnt have any problem/issues and in exchange i have to pay more than half to get better tires in oem size. Keep in mind i take personal guards wit me everytime so tht like added weights at the back which shud keep it less bouncy but still it is wobbly and make me headache wen i sit at the back. Will send it to dealership for inspection and wheel balancing.

The tire shop I went to said these are the best tyres as they give u fresh tyres he had 275 and 285 rest the same Dunlop he was asking 6000 exchange per tyre but then I left them as they r

i was quoted 50k on these 4 oem tires shud be used less than 150km, yokohama geolander 275/60 was 24,000 per tire.

guys i got to know from Toyota Central guy bout Revo diesel 3.0d4d engine going to phase out by fall of 2017 and Toyota Indus is going to bring new diesel engine 1GD 2.8d4d same as Thai spec Revo engine. Can anyone confirm on this new diesel engine?

It means a 6 speed auto gearbox will also come with it. But the present engines is very cool. It abouldnt be changed
