I had booked Revo in February, got PBO same month, delivery month July. As per IMC's website, the vehicle has been invoiced however the dealer is saying the vehicle is yet to arrive. Secondly, the guy mentioned that IMC might re-visit the decision of price reduction on Revo.

Thanks. The dealership guy is saying that IMC's website often shows 'invoiced' status but in actual it takes week or so the vehicle and invoice to arrive.

Similar case with my booking. Received the vehicle on 7th July & was told invoice has not been received yet.
On indus website status showed invoice on 9th July. Called dealership today they said they still haven't received the invoice.

Due to price change alot of invoices are on hold by all manufacturers, I have even heard some OEMs are recalling invoices for vehicles invoiced after 20th June which they have already handed over. I wonder how are they doing that and what if in case of already registered vehicle.

Comfort (ya discomfort lol.. depending on everyone's perception towards the vehicle) seems same. Maybe the seats are slightly more comfortable. Interior seems to be an upgrade so aesthetically it seems a bit more pleasing to the eye.

I booked mine from Toyota Airport. They will deliver it in February if you book it now
