Market dynamics are changing very rapidly, Vitara launched at 37.90 for GLX and people refused to buy it but when dealers sold it on under invoicing around 32-33 all the lot got sold in couple of months.
I myself have test drove Kia Sportage in Lahore, and I like every aspect of it being ride height, drive comfort, build quality as well as its outclass performance having 6 speed triptronic gear with 2.0 engine. As per my little knowledge if they launch it below 4.0 Million it will be a hot cake and alot of people will jump from Civic and Grande for this vehicle.
So I think there is ample room for an SUV under Million category and RAV4 is a candidate for the same.
In June this year I went to Langkawi, Malaysia and rented an Innova 2.0l over there and it felt my like I am driving a mini fortuner and it is the right candidate for Pakistan being 7 seater dual AC, but this Toyota Rush 1.5l will have the same issue like BR-V being underpower and poor mileage as well.
