any increment in currency & taxation slab has to be paid by the buyer at the time of delivery, in addition to the price / advance amount paid

Brothers, give IMC a break...I have 2016 Yaris sedan (Saudi) and its Thailand made, the gear panel chrome surface is turning rough and bubbly inside and bonnet/fender gap is wider on one side since day 1 ....what would u call that:/

I booked my FL Grandé facelift on 3 dec 2017 (via reference of my uncle) at Toyota Sahiwal motors. Mistakenly Graphite grey was opted by me. But in a day or so my uncle called them to change the colour to Super white. Was promised to get the car in jan 2018 (or max 60 days) . To date i.e 9feb (66 days) car hasn't approached dealership. Coming to the Issue I saw innvoicing status on Tuesday using pob and was stunned that delivery month was shown April and colour wasn't changed to white even after dealerships comfirmation. I was way too angry and tried calling indus customer assistance service. The auto answer machine kept waiting for 12 mins and no one answered. Same repeated on Wednesday and Thursday and call wasn't answered. Today office was closed. I mailed indus regarding my issue and requested them still no answer. Messaged them on fb page but all in vain. Now I am fed up of Indus's negligence towards costumer help. Anybody got better suggestion here?
P.s I also tried 2nd no provided on website a lady from indus ended the call saying address your issue to costumer departmant I asked for their accurate no. but that wasn't dialed idk why .

without any documentary confirmation for color change request from the dealership, your 1st choice remains the 1st priority. It is not Indus Motors, it is the dealership which has played upon with you, i suggest pay them a visit and kick under the belt. How you can be so naive to ignore the fact that absence of documentary confirmation for any changes in your request make your ground real rubbery to stand on & fight.

Well actually my case was being handled by my uncle to get the vehicle as early as possible. But the thing is a month ago we got the delivery of a honda city and colour was changed on call before Full payment as dealership was in lahore so it sorted without travelling and documentation. That's why I didn't took heed to travel from okara to sahiwal (dealership is almost 60 to 70 kms away) and yeah dealer ship has played but I requested indus via email but no one bothered to reply. I see alot of people claiming positive reaponse after complaining directly to manufacturer if it honda or toyota. Was also charged 9800 extra for 3 year warranty and weren't booking without it. Father payed that too assuming it bemeficial or else I would have fought for that too. Now I am looking into this my self and I'll surely screw these showroom guys via indus directly

Sir finally after Alot of "Khajjal Khuwari" (I didn't had a weightful word in my vocab equivalent to this :P) Colour of my car changed to super white. That to without any documentation !
