Fiat 500 for sure. IQ is alot uglier, slower and a tad bit smaller than the IQ. Top Gear tested both cars, the 500 was their favorite super mini. Although, the 500 is a fashion accessory for women, so get the arbarth version (of which you have posted a pic)
