Toyota passo gear shift issue

Hello everyone
I own a used Toyota Passo model 2010 driven 77K km.
My querries may sound a bit stupid but iam new to Passo so need your help.
1. Whenever iam driving my car in D mode, i cannot directly shift from D to S mode (pattern is PRNDSB), i have to first shift to N then quickly to D and S. Also it makes no differnce in the acceleration quality in which ever mode i drive.
2. Iam unable to get rid of engine knocking. I have tried high octane plus an experinaced mechanic dealt it. While the knocking is reduced to say like 90%, its still not completely gone. Do i have a reason to worry?

change your cvt oil and clean valve body as well this will eliminate your knocking completely

Change cvt oil, and get throttle body service and tuning.

Thanks. Is CVT F for passo available freely? Which brand to select?
Its expected price and wether changing the fluid would require an experinaced mechanic?
And BTW i have already body serviced amd tuned the car but my mechanic didn't suggested gear oil change.

Go for Toyota CVTF 4 Litres. Price should be around 4000rs.
