Please explain the O\D (over drive) button, when it gets on and off and also is there any display on the ODO meter which tells us if its really activated ?

O/D orange-yellow light is on the cluster when it is off.

Now about the function, Platz is an automatic car with four pseudo-gears. I will try to be as non-technical as I can.
When you have overdrive off (light on) , car goes upto 3rd gear. If overdrive is on (light off, default mode) car goes upto 4th gear if required.

If you want a technical explanation let me know.

I just bought a Platz 2002 in a very good condition but I am having an issue on braking on traffic signal when you are stop & go position brake paddle goes hard & rpm come down is there any one help me out this problem

Yes. If you Google the solution, there was a member Rawfay i think who explained it with diagrams. Use Google; it'll Take you to the right Link here on PakWheels. I did it with my ex Platz and it worked perfectly well. Unfortunately i do not remember vot it was.
