well, to be very honest, this point doesnt bother me much. YES it has lowered a little, but i didnt go for the packing and all, cause it hampers the ride comfort, and in the long run it affects the suspension of the car. wears it a lil quicker. so wat i did was that i replaced the standard 155/80s with 185/70s.....thereby raising the car 0.4 of an inch, which is pretty much for an additional clearance. more than that, i wont do anything. the car shalaremain in original form, thats ma belief. it is MUCH MUCH better now with the wider tyres, and offcourse a lil higher as well. still, with 2 ppl in the rear seat, it does hit some heavy ones, but then if u KNOW ur ride is low, one should be extra careful whil crossing it. taking the car over it diagnonally is another very effective solution. still, if it hits some of them, well, it doesnt matter much to be very honest. the cars are built really strong from down under. and for me this thing is not that much of an issue kuz i im in army, and in our cantts, there are seldom some bumps which are lethal
anyways, best of luck with ur modifications. hope they serve u well
