please don't jump to ur own conclusions all the way from Lahore while i was at the scene. this car was travelling at 20-30 km/h when hit and was being used by diplomats, and they have well TRAINED drivers.

pretty cheap skinflint diplomats then...
They can be diplomatic staff, not the ambassador... Further more there is alot of diplomatic presence in Pakistan and Har Diplomat american nai hota that they roam around in b7 200 series....
