Toyota Prius 3rd Gen 1.8L Engine : 2ZR-FXE. Need suggestion that should i overhaul or replace with used one?

I live in Rawalpindi.
Can you suggest me should i go for engine overhaul or should i replace it with kabli one.

If overhaul is best then tell me best mechanic that use accurate torque measurements specified by company.

And also tell me the price for overhaul.

Rebuilding the 3 Rd gen 2zr is expensive.
Most of the time due to high viscosity engine oil usage the camshaft are worned off and when low viscosity oil is used like 0w20 it starts to make loud noises.

If you need replacements we do have them with oil consumption warranty
upto 1 year.
