i have installed pioneer dvd player which cost me 22k and i used trunk space for speakers and woofer..5w30 is ok according to our weather conditions but only use mention performance grade ( API SN,ILSAC GF-5 Total Synthetic oil) and yes change ur CVT gear oil for safe side..and u cant do anything except using spacers coz aqua ground clearance is very low..i m using 185/65/R15 and my fuel avg is 20-22

Brother so have you installed spacers in your aqua ? Or is it fine now with 185/65/R15 ??
My Car currently has 165/70/R14 only and its touching almost every other speed breaker if 2 ppl sit at back even with 1 at back i have to pass speed breakers extremely carefully

yes i have installed spacers and 4 people it can easliy cross any avg speed breaker.
auqa comes with 185/60/R15 i just change it to 185/65*/R15.

Dear all Aoa
I've recently purchased aqua 85000kms driven from japan...it's a 3.5 grade car...
I've encountered 2 problems
1. After deriving for almost whole month the car has been working alright on Ev mode... today what I've seen is the battery is showing charging lines but car isn't shifting on Ev mode...I restarted the car it started on Ev mode but crossing Ev mode it never turned back to Ev mode...Means the problem persist...
2. This point I've been noticing for last two days as I was driving on long routes to lhr and back to rwp that when I press the accelerator a little higher than the normal pressure for instantaneous acceleration the car increases the speed but after leaving the accelerator the speed or noise of engine doesn't come to normall sound immediately... it takes 4-5 sec to return the engine sound back to normall ...the noise after releasing the accelerator goes a little higher than the paddle pressure accelerated sound..

Congrats for new car.

1. The car only shift to EV mode when there is enough charge in hybrid battery and the engine is warmed up, and you are not too much accelerating. check if all these conditions are met if still not shifting to EV mode then there may be a problem.. consult a good mechanic.

2. i think this is normal.. my aqua is also quite most of the time... but when i accelerate too much and abruptly sometime it takes time for engine to reduce noise.

i bought 2015 aqua white 4.5 grade, its just too awesome car...in all aspects...

perfect drive, road grid on speed, and it just shoots up when you need power, freezing ac

Bro, If you are in Lahore, go to mechanic 'Iqbal Piara' at 'Pak Autos' near 'Surriya Azeem Hospital' at 'Chowburji'.
He is perfect in dealing Hybrid cars.
I think so that main issue will come at front and he will resolve that also.

In the prius c manuall attached above we can configure automatic door locking. But I am not sure if this feature is available in JDM Aqua. Can somebody help me if it can setup.

Can someone please explain me for what ridicilous reasons is the Bumper Tikki being stolen all the time.... I have put it on 3 times and everytime after a few days its being taken off......Kabaria's at Sultan Ka Khuu are sellling it for an outrageous amount..approx 3000 min to 9000 max......

does anyone have permanent solution to this. My car gets parked outside the house since there is only space for one car in the garage.

u need to buy a OBDII Speed Lock Device contact @sheharyar23 he has them

a solution from saving it from getting stolen go to some bumper waala and tell him to fabricate a tikki and fix it there, he will charge 500 and it will surely not come off, issue is if u need to Tow ur car you will face problems in removing it urself.

another hack is that u simply put in some good solid and decent looking sports tow hook in place of the tikki, im sure no1 will steel that tow hook.

reason for tikki being stolen is obvious, since they are stolen owners are looking around for them and the lowest price is usually 3,500/-

since the car is parked out on the ramp of my house.....i think ill get a tikki permanently fixed....

tow hook again some @$#$#@$ will definitely try out his luck and try to take it off....
