Congratulation for new car.
first i will share what i have gone through:
i have bought Aqua 2013 model in January 2017.. already driven 108000 KMs in japan. Current reading is 130000 KMs
after alot of research i have changed CVT oil / Transmission oil. i used Toyota Genuine Transmission oil its no is ... ATF WS. and Al hamdulilah havent faced any issue.
Then after a lot of research changed engine oil / mobil oil.. i also searched for 0w20 but as it was not available i used 5w20 of Zic. and changed it 04 times and haven't faced any issue Alhamdulilah.
answers to your questions.
1. Use Zic 5w20.... if 0w20 is not easily available. The quantity of oil to be used is written in the manual shared below.
2. If on 04 liter tin ATF WS is written then it is right oil.The quantity of oil to be used is written in the manual shared below. i bought this oil for around Rs.4,500 i guess from a local but trusted dealer. as you are buying from Toyota dealership they are usually a bit expensive. Go to any other Toyota dealership and i am sure there will be in Karachi and see if they have larger packing.

A.You have to change engine oil filter every time you change engine oil.. use Toyota geniune oil filter.
B. Check Air Filter if it needs to be change then change it. Mechanics can tell u if it needs to be change. And after that there is specific age in terms of KM after that you have to change it or on every engine oil change examine it and change if needed. Same applies to Cabin Air Filter / AC air filter.
C. The coolant is used in two different location in Aqua. one is Radiator / Reserve Bottle and other is Power control unit specified in manual. Do check the level if needs to refill then refill with brand mentioned in manual. The life of Coolant is much more than what your current running in KMs is so u need not to worry regarding its replacement.
D. Similarly the Spark plug also have a very long life than what your current running in KMs is so u need not to worry regarding its replacement. nor it requires tuning as i have not done myself.
I am maintaining my Aqua as suggested above and having a good mileage of 27-28 KM/L without ac and 23-24 KM/L with ac.

Manual: The maual is of Toyota Prius C USA model but i am following it anyhow and having no issues.
