■ Engine oil selection
“Toyota Genuine Motor Oil” is used in your Toyota vehicle. Use
Toyota approved “Toyota Genuine Motor Oil” or equivalent to satisfy
the following grade and viscosity.
Oil grade: ILSAC GF-5 multigrade engine oil
Recommended viscosity: SAE 0W-20
SAE 0W-20 is the best choice
for good fuel economy and
good starting in cold weather.
If SAE 0W-20 is not available,
SAE 5W-20 oil may be used.
However, it must be replaced
with SAE 0W-20 at the next oil
change.

The Toyota maintenance schedule calls for replacing the engine coolant at 100,000 miles/120 months; and, replacing the inverter coolant at 150,000 miles/180 months...

The article above will help - But usually it should be changed after 100,000 Kilometers in Pakistan due to the changing Harsh Weather. And as mwm749 said always replace the whole coolant with new one. As old becomes useless.

These headlights are controlled by a headlight Leveling Sensor. If that becomes corroded or bad the car may act like this. It could also be a short circuit in the active electrical system which makes your light dance like this. I suggest checking the light leveling sensor 1st it might need cleaning or replacement. Also have the car scanned for any error codes to diagnose the issue. Buy an OBD 2 Scanner it costs around 1800 RS. Use that to find the issue if software related.

I used Zic and its improved my Engines performance. Tried Shell also but it wasn't satisfactory.

OBD II Scanner

I got my car tested from A.O.Amechanic through OBD device and there were no any errors.
I have also tested the lights there is a sensor which on auto adjust the light automatically when there comes some car in front of it
Think when the lights were down I might have changed from auto to normal and became confused

I have seen it here but cost was 2400-2800. This is cheaper.. aik tu pata nahi lagta original ha k nahi..
I go for lepon. It's Malaysian to my knowledge and costs 400-500

I got mine from Daraz.pk and it works fine. Most of these scanners are made in china now.

Yes, available in lepon...another company is max, but their quality is pathetic, service guy told me that guard has also started making these..I would stick to lepon though.
