This usually happens when someone forcefully close or open power retractable mirrors manually by hand...there are small plastic gears inside that are easily damaged. Get it repaired.

It doesn't have anything extra except of the color scheme. It's available in red wine, purple and this bronze mica. Plus it had coloured side mirrors in silver color

any variant can have SR it was an optional feature in 3rd Gen except L Variant
Fyi: The outside temperature thermometer is behind the front bumper just in case you were wondering
tip: If a 3rd gen isnt showing outside temp most likely its front hit & the thermometer wasnt replaced etc.
