Last week I visited Toyota Airport Motors for maintenance n Checkup of my Prius (ZVW30), upon inspecting plugs they suggest to change them as condition was very poor. DENSO SPARK PLUG IRIDIUM Article №: SC20HR11 were OEM installed but they replaced with DENSO SPARK PLUG IRIDIUM Article №: SC16HR11. I inquire service man and then Parts manager about the difference between them, as I was not ready to install these, Parts manager tried to satisfied me that both are nearly same and both are recommended for Prius ZVW30. I have no service manual. So any one can elaborate this?
