Bought a new prius week ago Alhamdulillah 4 grade B
Yesterday on long route it gave an average of only 20 with light pedal Like i only acceleratd to 120
First Long drive gave an average of only 16-17 but i accelerated a lot in first drive..like to max 150
Batteries are working fine
What can be the reason?
Spark Plugs? Engine Oil?

20kmpl @120 is perfect for a prius. What more do you want. This is almost what the company claimed is 48mpg on highway.
It's in city with careful driving where it can do better

Only affects if it's served long enough, above 80k-100k km. Below that it just doesn't make any significant difference.
And Japanese original plugs are always better than fake local ones. I've had bad experience following the same advice for 2jdms changing plugs prematurely at around 40k, only to realise original were better
