Bro tbh, I do not know much about tires, rims sizes, aspect ratios, etc. however, just as general, I would suggest that it is always preferable and advisable to stick near the stock / OEM size as far as possible, for best fuel efficiency, performance, etc. Your vehicle has been designed and tested on stock, OEM sizes. If you are going to alter / change it, then performance, fuel efficiency, road grip, suspension of car and handling, etc. can get affected.
If you are facing issues like ground clearance, then you can up-size by +1 (if going for +2, then low profile tires may be the option, but I won't advise them. Road conditions in Pakistan do not allow for low profile tires). Else if, in stock or +1, please check that tires should not be very wide, and make maneuvering difficult. Extremely wide tires will severely hurt fuel efficiency (which is the min purpose of Prius). Width should be reasonable, and overall, there must be a balance in between all the parameters.
