First Both are different kind of vehicles. This being kinda mini jeep while civic is a sedan. Caters to different kind of people. Second better mileage as it gives 14+ km/L easily. Third even though its a used car but its drive is way more comfortable than a new civic. Much larger room, Bigger road presence, Climate control AC just some options which civic lack. Either way it comes down to the choice of consumer which one suits their requirements.
