carry the sample for the size & shape for custom fabrication.

@Xulfiqar Now my vacuum advancer is playing tricks on me.
When i rev up a little bit it worked before,but now it doesn't work, sometimes when i push it along with revving then it works otherwise not. Breaker plate is not stuck and moves freely.
I also connected vacuum gauge at carburettor vacuum connection where its hose is attached and it pulls vacuum above 12 " on revving.
Its diaphragm is also not ruptured because it pushes rod out when it push it in.
What could be the cause of this abnormal behaviour?
Also will it improve performance if i attach vaccum advance to manifold instead of carburettor ?

remove distributor remove vaccum advance pod and check for spring corrosion wash it clean and apply layer of silicone lubricant, reassmble and test .. you will not be disappointed.

it happened in my Ke-30 last week it was a diy for me.

Ok i will clean the spring on vacuum advancer.

Actual fault was the screw for holding vacuum advancer it was tightened to max limit so the screw was touching the shaft of advancer. So i had to loose it a bit and vacuum advancer works fine now.
(Spring was good already with no corrosion).

@Xulfiqar this diagram is correct for denso 3 wire alternator ?

However the IG and L wires were interchanged on my alternator. L wire had 0.0V on key on(it was connected to IG) and IG wire had about 11 volts (it was connected to Lamp).
and it worked fine until yesterday the battery light would not go off.
(Battery light is also very dim even when car is off).

your car has this alternator? - it should have one with external regulator.

The diagram is correct though and it the terminals are marked on the alternator too, One additional item on your car would be a GEN relay for the alternator to excite it - it was done to take the load off the ignition switch when the system goes to maximum amps. That relay is in the fuse box that hangs off the battery holding clamp. Unless someone removed it.

There is only one fusebox and that is inside the car. BTW can you tell me the proper way to convert my alternator wires for internally regulated one and remove that harness for external regulator so as to make things neat.

It takes a switched positive from key (make sure its fused) and the lamp wire back to the cluster, the big charging wire goes to starter lug with a fusible link wire on it

How i can detect lamp wire ? By shorting it to ground ?

use a test lamp - yes its a grounded circuit. once you connect it to grounded test lamp the dashboard lamp will glow (with key on as thats the positive of the bulb)

@Xulfiqar that vaccum advance stops working the day after i adjust it. Hose is also good not blocked.
Diaphragm is also not punctured. It holds vacuum.
So i thought that it might be because the octane selector was sticking so i applied silicone grease all over the unit except the outer portion where hose is attached. It works fine whenever i remove it and install it back.but the next day. Same problem occurs.

It is not sticking anywhere and it has a lot of silicone grease too. It only works if i push it too while revving

thats exactly how it works, it should have vacuum only when you slightly open the throttle. The vacuum that its using is due to bernoulli effect in the carburettor throat.

No you didn't understand. I meant to say that when i push octane selector inward with my finger and rev a little bit then what t works otherwise it doesn't work on that slight revving.

please check for any vaccum leak as in puncture in line.

remove tubes check as straw from glass / jug
