I have vitz 2014. I am also having maximum 11.9 km/l average with very soft pedal, AC n Heater off. I don't know why others are getting 22 km/l fuel average... thats amazing Ma.sha.Allah

22 is an ideal average which you can get only on highways/motorway on certain speed (70-80) and very light foot press. However realistic is 18-20 on highway and 15 on average in city (but if you have so many speed brakers, turns, traffic signals in your way - you may face very low average (8-10) but thats not fault of your car. Better to take a Test Ride on long route with minimum 15-20 KM clear distance. before that please check tyre pressure, air filter and use petrol from some good petrol pump

Full Tank Method - Full your petrol tank and reset your trip meter and start trip, after the trip, full tank again and you will find exact fuel consumed.
Now calculate the distance covered from trip meter vs fuel consumed

I bought Cultus AGS, and i regret my decision big time, cheap in quality but good Fuel Avg, Zero Comfort, no Comparison to VItz,
Finally sold it after driving 3500km, Back to the Vitz Club.

Brother @hassaanghaffar1 I am currently having 14.2 km/l in a city. Can you tell me how to increase the average? I have recently import car and its 2015 model and mileage is 64k. I have changes the engine oil, oil filter, cabin filter, cvt transmission fluid. after all this i am still having 14.2km/l average

Mine 2012/16, 4.5 grade, 52000 driven is giving me 12 to 13 with ac and 15 to 16 without ac, varies upon the traffic conditions. petrol from PSO always gives a better fuel average.
Engine oil should be 5W 40 or even 10W 40 is fine.
cvt fluid should be changed after 40 to 50 k. it should be replaced completely with
filter cleaning.
MAF, MAP, H2o sensors & Cat. Coverter should be checked if poor fuel economy.
throttle body should be cleaned and air filter should be checked and changed regularly.
