The cluster looking awesome.
What's your take on missing temperature gauge in new cars? This thing pinches me that you'll get a warning or beep at red line and if that censor or buzzer is out of order than you don't have second line of defence. However if you have temp gauge, you can continuously monitor it.
Your point of view in this case?

Congrats on the new cluster. It is looking really nice. I have a question about the coolant which we discussed earlier.

You have a pre-diluted coolant so will you be filling your car's cooling system completely with this coolant or will you still be filling the cooling system with 50/50 water/pre-diluted coolant?

Also if i have a caltex coolant which is concentrated and i wish to fill my car's cooling system with it; will i put in 50/50 water/concentrated coolant?

Do you have any idea how much liquid is required to fill in the cooling system for 2010 corolla gli 2nz-fe?

Oh i returned to check cluster updates and there is a contest. Post 34 says offset is +38.

New cluster looks very nice! I am adding that to my list of upgrades should i ever buy a Vitz. Thank you for posting the pictures, waiting for night time pictures.

I have a question! Did you installed sensors to calculate RPM and other gagets in cluster? Cluster is there to display stuff not to calculate them? If there were sensors pre installed in the car then what was there function?

Dear ... all sensors r pre-installed for various gadgets according to the maker's specifications and u only see their display on your panel. tachometer is actually a voltage meter, meaning that it counts the pulsations of voltage in the ignition system. The output voltage is proportional to the shaft's speed so measuring voltage is converted into an accurate measurement in RPMs and you see them on a graduated dial. If u don't have a tachometer, u just don't get that display. The sensor is still working. Tachometer sensing isn't a very complex phenomenon. I had installed a tachometer even in my Suzuki Margalla and it did not require a separate sensor. I just fixed the grip behind the meter and it worked.
