Toyota Vitz engine Rebuild Again

Noce drain intervals followed no varnish build up these engines can last for life time if maintained properly . I had seen TCS vehicle who had almost done 3-4 million kms in 7-8 year usage and guess what not a single time the engines are opened and i was amazed. THE engines were hilux 5L-E and Legend 2KD-FTV . OTHER peaople faces a lot of difficulties with these but TCS is running them for straight 7 days 24hours only rest is 3hours per day or oil change. I am maintaining 17 of them and no one has till now showed any sighn of wekness .

3 million Amazing. Around 10 years ago my mechanic use to rebuild engines regularly now a days there are way less rebuilds even though no of cars increased, one reason can be better lubricants and better awareness.

When I was young I remember an uncle with an old corolla he once accompanying us in car oil change he was like yeh karna hota hai? He never changed oil in 3 years. You can imagine what came out when we changed oil.

I think other than oil keeping the cooling system upto mark really helps as well.

Mechanics now a days are struggling.to survive the new tech as they are happy with the clearances they do in suzuki f8b engine they think all engines are desighned same and when they do it the engine fails instantly .

Need suggestions please. Car is Toyota Platz 1SZ-FE. Need a good reliable mechanic in Karachi for the below mentioned issues.

1- Car consuming oil on high rpm ( On highways & motorways)

2- A month back petrol consumption, pick, speed was top notch but now on & off.

3- CAT cleaned, tuning, fuel pump, throttle service all done in June.

4- No check light or any error Alhamdullilah showing.

So kindly brief what could be the reason in your view and from where i can get it repaired in Karachi? From research online i assume oil rings or pistons need replacement, dont know about cost.

Please note have to keep the car for long term.

without compression test don't push your luck, ask for compression test charges & timings then pay a visit.

Jamil autos wala told me to have Aisin 10.30 motor oil which i did, he told me that car will be more fine in performance but i think it is not the ultimate solution.

cylinder 1 = 110/135 value is real low.
keep using the vehicle monitor engine oil level carefully. Engine overhaul is the next step at convenience.

Ok it has some potential so few things to do are stop using normal fuel that would prevent any further deposit formation use only pso e5 high octane.
2nd where is the vehicle located because it needs some cylinder balancing through engine cylinder carbon treatment.
If its not consuming any engine oil at all.

Any suggestions for good diagnostic facility/workshop in Lahore with a experienced mechanical for overhaul of my Vitz 2007
It’s 155k on odometer,consuming around 1and half litres engine oil in 3000 kms. pickup is also reduced.
