2) any 1 runnign his new vitz on cng..if yes plzz tell me..
3)ther is sound coming frm back i think frm dholki of exhaust.i ask 1 more vitz owner going on road .he said its commn in all vitz..

Average is pretty good if u drive smoothly provided car is fully maintained.
i used to get 13,14 now i get 16 because i drive slow,turn off AC when i feel there is no need but try not to pull down the windows as dust will come in.
Try to Change Petrol Pumps i used to get my petrol filled from total but then my father told me to try Attock and to me they are good.

Please Dont go for CNG u will spend arnd 40 to 50k for the kit and after that CNG is not free may be u can get 100Km in Rs 450 of CNG where i can easily get 100km + in 500Rs petrol.

Yes sound is common in all new vitz what i have heard its of CAT converter in dholki people get it removed but i prefer as it is;)

Replacement Checklist

1. Engine oil (Zic A+)
2. Air Filter (Leppon)
3. Oil Filter (Leppon)
4. Fuel Filter ( sugguest some brand)
5. Coolant (suggest some brand)
6. Transmission oil ( suggest some brand)
7. Brake oil (suggest some brand)
8. Plugs (suggest some brand)
9. Powersteering Oil ( suggest some brand)

Service Checklist ( suggest workshop/toyata 3s name for good work)

1. Computor Scan
2. Tunning
3.Throttle body service

Kindly suggest a good place in lahore for all works, please add anything else should i do to make this car a smooth & fuel efficient like any kind of sensor cleaning. I will be grateful for your help.

Vitz has electric power steering so no PS oil. Make sure you go for CVT transmission oil not ATF type3,4 etc. All other things are easily available and you can judge which is best by price. Go for original plugs they are long in shape as compare to other plugs. Go to Honda Fort or toyota Walton motors.

a word of advice
must read owners manual first before any maintinance
easily aval on net
dont mess with atf
zic a+ is not 5 w 30 as advised by owners manual
i also bought 2007 recently pretty good ride
follow owners manual these models require less maintinance and overdoing may harm

why 2007 model does not have override button
i have push start model vitz 2007 has got only one remote with it and one key for doors only in the remote is it normal to have one remote only orhow should i manage the other one

Yup CVT oil is easily available i changed my vitz CVT oil to Honda CVT Rs.750 per bottle. You Can go for Toyota CVT from Toyota workshop

ab ek aur masla hai bhai log....gari k 14" rim hai aur tyre 165/70/r14 ..aur gari neeche se lagti hai...should go for new springs n put packing of sliver in shocks or i should go for new rims..as new rims r quiet expensive..plzz tell me disadvanges of putting packing so i can explain to my dad n put new rims on:)

larger rims have a couple of disadvantages, including harder ride, suspension wearing out prematurely, rubbing issues, and speedo giving wrong readings.

get your suspension checked, the springs probably need to be replaced. Its cheaper and the sensible thing to do.

Springs typically cost Rs.1200 - 2500 a pair depending on the quality.
If you have CNG installed, its worth the effort to get spacers installed as well.

thnkx.. my tyres are 185/65/13.. almost brand new (3000 km) yokohama.. (good tyres but bad mileage/not sure if they r the optimum for suspensions etc.. any idea if I can get them changed/exchanged for new ones? what should be the ideal size that i should go for (grip is not a BIG issue as i dont drive fast)

also, can u please recommend a good place for suspension/springs in karachi?

well the springs r almost gud..but wat u suggst should i change springs or should install rims of 15"
