Sometimes when i start my car after being parked for like 8 to 10 hours it keeps running fine for 4 5 mins but then the engine check light comes on for 2 to 3 mins and then goes away by itself. There is no difference in the car's performance. It is a 2005 vitz on petrol.

Any guesses what could it be or what should i do? It has happened 4 times to be precise.

Like i said, ask for auction sheet, once you get the auction sheet take chassis number and lot number and get it verified online, for getting it verified online it is necessary that the car is freshly cleared. You will see the original auction sheet and see if the dealer is lying through his teeth or not.

For that price you can get a genuine grade 5A car. Also depends on the package he is offering you, If it's a U or ILL than yeah maybe price is justified but for a FL or F its too much.

I havent seen any dealer who shows the auction sheet. I'll get it checked today. The ones i saw were with black interior. I'll get the package verified today.

Samaa Motors got a couple of VITZ 10 model (White & Silver) The guy called me up from there. 37K driven and according to him no meter tempered and no touch up. He says they are 4.5A grade. What are the recommendations from members here? Demand was 1270K.

if its real 4.5a grade car( for which i doubt) than demand is not bad for even f package , its demand sure u have to negotiate it

u cant compare prices with karachi as in lahore u will get same grade vitz about 40 to 50k higher in price than karachi, the white vitz baqai bhai shared is 4c grade and also in karachi

most dealers in lahore dont provide u original auction sheets, they will provide u photo copies and those usually also fake.
yes its important u see fresh import so can verify its auction grading.

i found pioneer motors at jail road comparatively best in lahore for imported cars though their car prices quite high but they dont have any car less than actual 4 or 4.5 grade, next time also give them a visit for an idea

Brothers, a few queries:
1. How much should I be willing to spend for a clean petrol-driven 2003-2004 shape Vitz?
2. What should be the tyre pressure for 185/70/R14 tyres for a Vitz 2010 during summers (I'm using Yokohama Advan dB)? The pressure is currently at 30 PSI, it was at 28 bars in the beginning but I felt the fuel economy was taking a dent so increased the PSI.
3. Where can I get OEM/Hi-Quality mud flaps for Vitz 2010?
Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!

I'll give them a visit as well ahmad bhai If i dont find a good Vitz i might have to settle with a 10 model passo. I saw plenty of them for around 1025K.

10 model passo means new shape or old shape ?
new shape passo also good choice and its come in cvt gear same like vitz but price what u telling here for new shape is quite less :S

took me two months of intense khuwari i gave up went to Suzuki to get a 0 meter Swift (which honestly i think is not a bad option, no headache, no auction sheet, no worries, no nothing) but it was not readily available and than wife was hell bent upon getting a JDM, Got a call regarding the Vitz and after verifying the auction sheet gave token. Since i opted to go for a car which was en route it meant the khuwari of waiting.

car was supposed to get clear and out of port on friday but due to killing of MQM MNA and city conditions we decided not to take it out of port that day ..... today it is supposed to come out lets see ...
