Plz help me .wen car started their are sounds.which belts should b changed please help out all members

sir je it has only 1 belt
a master belt which drives the compressor n generator n water body etc
no timing belt , it has a timing change !
if its making noise , either its loose or old
to tighten it up there is its adjustment screw wid the generator u can get it done by any mechanic , 1nce tightened the noise will go away
or the belt is old needs replacement
taiwan belt costs rnd 750 , genuine toyota rnd 4500 !

yes , get it checked if it has cracks n is old better change it !

i installed the taiwan belt , works gud ! no use of genuine belt ! its way too expensive but its ur choice brother

available at both saddar n uni road shop
dey will tell u themselves or ask em to show u both qualities
he suggested me himself to go with taiwan , genuine 1 is just over priced for no reason ! n if got torn ur 5500 rs wasted n if taiwan 1 torn only 750 rs lost ,

Hello all, I hope I can get some guidance from Vitz owners in Pindi Islamabad. I got a 2007 Vitz and the current audio player is CD only. I want to change to one with MP3 or USB. I added the MP3 module to the existing but the quality isn't that good. The issue is that the current player is embedded into the dash (Pic attached). Can someone guide me on how you went about changing the audio player? Where are the places I can go to to change it so it preferably is embedded in the dash or at least doesn't look ugly when changed?

Just a few months back I faced the same situation and the info I got might help you as well. I think the you need to go to a shop next Wheels and Wheels Alignment in the block just behind the City Bank in Blue Area. I think its Disco Music but not sure. I bought the main panel along with two side strips for 4500 Rs. The panel was a bit scratched here and there so I got it painted for another Rs. 200 to give it a fresh look. Most of the times these things are not new...just refurbished. I also went to Chah Sultan but they were asking too much for more pathetic condition of the panel as well as strips @ Rs 5000. Do check that the side strips should have brackets as well.

A couple of days back i sold my Cuore after 7 years of wonderful experience for an upgrade. And i was going for a vitz 2010. However today one my friend who bought a 2009 very clean 1000cc vitz a couple of months back called me up and started telling me horrid things about vitz. The one that really pinched me was when he said if i were to have 3 passengers sitting in the back seat with AC on, with only a minor uphill drive the car will be knocking.... minor uphill meaning lets say the salt ranges on motor way...

is that true? because if it is then so much cash being spent on a JDM which is supposed to be better car than the local will be a total waste...

looking for an expert opinion. I was to get me a vitz this Saturday now its all very confusing.

Knocking occurs at low rpm wid bad fuel quality or bad injectors !
If power is an issue go for 1.3 variant

Pak Japan Motors in F-10 or F-11 ... they are expensive but are honest people !!
