i recently buy Vitz 99, 2006 number... car in its original condition [lucky to have this :)]. i need to change its tyre. please suggest me which brand tyre should i purchase?

U should go for Nitto's and 185/70 R13 would be best....n yup go for extreme touring series i.e. NT650 I am peronally using these in my car n simply luv them

It does not have any knocking issue. Only few vitz 1.0 have knocking issue. I have 1.0 and i dont use high octane.. only once in a month when there is reserve light on, i add high octane of 1000rs and then again at the reserve, tank full with normal petrol.
1.3, if in good condition is soundless and no knocking. It has 4 cylinders and cng can be installed on it but i wouldn't suggest you to buy a vitz if you are planning to run it on cng doesn't matter if its 1.0, 1.3 or 1.5. Buy a 2006 onwards honda city for that purpose.

Well we are about to import one from Japan along with the cars of friend of dad and my dad is little bit worried about the petrol consumption... What do you think if we import a vitz 1.3 in good condition what will be the maximum milage that it could give us in islamabad... The condition is not a problem coz we are searching totally clean car as we have some sources in Japan,

Maguc motors Model town is a very good workshop. They charge extremely reasonable and are very expert in what they do.
I had issue with my brakes and toyota guys said you need to replace brake drums pad leathers etc that will cost 25000.
I went to Magic motors and they cleaned and serviced all four brakes thoroughly and adjusted them. Charged only 200. Brakes are perfect now. My other friend had some fuel average issues. Toyota said remove catalytic converter, replace sensors, fuel filter and everything will cost around 20000. Went to Magic motors and they charged 1000. His car is giving 15 in city now...
Its in the same market where Goga naan chanay is.. Its on the main road.

Forgot to mention that you can only install cng if your 1.3 vitz is manual. CVT transmission doesn't work well with CNG and you're gonna regret it.
In city it will give you around 15kms... Surprisingly 1.3 vitz gives better mileage than the 1.0 as i keep comparing my 1.0 to my cousin's 1.3. On long routes it gives even 21kms/l.
Maybe its because 1.0 is an underpower engine doing over working. It needs more paddle to avhieve 100kms/h as compared to 1.3. So more rpm=more fuel consumption.

I bought a vitz 2007 last week.... on the 2nd day, its AC stopped working.... i took the car to Toyota Ravi motors and they told me tat the complete AC sys has choked and needs to b replaced wid an estimate of 80-90k...
I then took the car to a local mechanic who checked it and after fixing the electrical wires... turned on the AC.... it cost me 100 rupees.....
I had kept a suzuki car for last 5 yrs and always used suzuki auth workshops for repair & maintanance... bt the very first experience of toyota workshop has turned out to b horrible....
Can any one tell me some trusted vitz mechanic in lahore???

It has perfect body but engine is in need of an overhaul ( white smoke )
What are my options ? New engine / rebuilt

Secondly someone told me that 06 model has engine knocking problem due to fuel in pakistan. Can someone comment to that ?

Rebuilt If u have a good Mechanic, else Replace with new engine.

I got a 2007 vitz wid eco system....
The prob i m facing is tat eco is getting flashed on the speedo meter and there is a constant tick tick sound.....
Any idea tat wats tat?
