Install alloy rims with bigger diameter. Ensure that the total wheel diameter ( including tire) does not exceed 0.5inch than stock wheel (165/70 R14) diameter. This will solve all your issues.

Please dont use Automatic trsnsmission oil, use CVT transmission oil if your vitz has CVT . Its two different things for two different technologies.
