Vitz 2015 model. Also, there is one more thing When I shift my gear from R to P I hear the sound like "takh" is it normal sound?

Ok as you describe the model details the noise is.from Cvt transmission you are facing a lime fluid pressure loss problem due to overheating of CVTF Fluid which is a major fault in new gen 1KR-FE equipped K410transmissions whoch uses CVTF FE fluids

THE main problem i heard in your voice record is excessive torque convertor whinning so get it diagnosed asap the only option to resolve the issue is immediate CVTF fluid temperature analysis and valve body obstruction clearing by servicing the valve body assy along with complete transmission fluid flush with A denser CVTF fluid .

Now things started to get out of control i fell helpless when our member is far far away from me and i cant help him there . COME on memebrs from karachi get your tables ready for this helping.work on how to do it i know there are few good skill full persons out their who can perform this job . Yes only through scan equipment we can see the temperature and analyze it whats wrong with it .

Just for the knowledge Shall I expect any sound while shifting gear from R to P? or is it smooth shifting without any voice?

Ok park your vehicle on a ramp and you pit your gear lever in Parking and after that releases the brake and then apply the parking brake. IF you hear a tuk sound after doing the above thing then its normal as tje gear parking prawal has locked the outer differential to stand the vehicle stationary . SO the correct procedure is stop the vehicle apply the parking brake first then pit the lever in P mode and you would not hear the tul soind on next start up .

Basicaly vitz is brand of toyota and spare parts of toyota are easily available. And vitz is not a new car in the pakistani market. It has been pakistani market since many years. Thats why parts availability is not a big issue.
