I have had experiences with all of these cars, I personally own a silver Swift, my older brother owns a city aspire, and I rented a gli a while back (before I bought my swift). Apart from the terrible suzuki service centres in islamabad, I love the swift.
In response to your question -
A. Acceleration - I feel that swift accelerates from stop fastest, followed by city, with corolla at last. Though if you consider acceleration in the range of 70-90 km/hr, city is much faster, and keeps going solidly. Corolla doesn't accelerate as much as either cars (talking about the 1.3 here!)
B. Top speed -
On book -
Swift - 180 km/hr is the limit on the dial
City - 220 km/hr on the dial
Corolla - 220 km/hr on the dial as far as i remember.
Actual -
Swift - I have personally maxed out the swift on the motorway.
City - Goes solidly beyond 180. Have not done it personally, but a friend has.
Corolla - I have taken it past 180 km/hr, but on that point I stopped looking at the speedometer, but the car was still accelerating, albeit very slowly.
Fuel Consumption -
On petrol -
1. City - My brother gets around 14-15 km/l solidly on his car. He has a mildly aggressive style of driving. Though according to him if he drives it well then he gets 15-17. (He uses Islamabad Highway on his way to work, so that factors in).
2. Swift - I get around 13 km/l usually on city driving. Long drives will result in around 15-16 km/l. I have had only 3 proper long drives till now.
3. Corolla - I did not drive the corolla much on petrol, but when I did it was definitely less than 13 km/l.
Safety -
While driving -
1. Have to say that swift is much more easier to maneuver out of dangerous situations. It provides a much better front view, and less blind spots. I've steered myself out of a few pretty bad situations, and I know I can count on the steering
2. City - I cannot see the front of the car unless I really hug the steering wheel, even though i'm over 6' tall.
3. Corolla - This car is the beefiest of all, and can be hard to take out of a dangerous situation, given it's comparatively larger size, but at least I can see the front of the car.
During a Collision (God forbid) -
1. Corolla - It has mighty big crumple zones, and that will restrain the force of the collision.
2. City - Again a sedan has advantages over hatchbacks when it comes to particular kind of car collisions, example from the back.
3. Swift - In an accident, Swift is not the safest of cars to be in. Although frontal impact will result in similar experience as the city, a rear collision will be more forceful upon the passengers.
Note that side collisions are much the same on all of the cars.
Which is faster? -
Hmm... it depends on your situation.
City driving (no pun intended :P) in a case of outrun or drag race with less than a km to cover -
1. Swift - Given the hard acceleration and ability to zip around traffic it has a much more chance of outrunning in traffic, and the hard acceleration gives it an advantage in drags.
2. City - City falls short of swift just a tad because of its lesser acceleration in the lower speeds.
3. Corolla - the 1.3 isn't meant for racing or anything, you'd get the 1.6 MT if you'd want any of that
Long races/Laps
1. City - it's goes beyond 180 km/hr, you can't press on to the swift to get any faster.
2. Corolla - In the top ranges City has better acceleration but corolla isn't far behind
3. Swift - That speedometer has a limit :S, can't get past 180 km/hr. That means your left behind 11 meters (40 km/hr difference in top speed) every second of that race once the city or corolla passes you :(.
Spare parts and availability -
All cars have spare parts actively available in major cities but no doubt Corolla gli has more spare parts in the market than any other car.
I like to compare the customer service of the companies and it's as follows -
1. Definitely City, you feel respected when you go to any centre. Everything on time as promised everytime. Always something refreshing to drink at the waiting lounge in any service centre.
2. Corolla - Very varied experience depending which service center to go to, but generally a good response.
3. Swift - Extremely terrible customer service from suzuki, need to learn a thing or two from the japanese. Almost never fulfill their promises.
Braking -
1. City - although when I initially bought the swift, it felt better than any city, but as it got past 10k on the odo, I started believing city is better.
2. Swift - Surprising from suzuki tbh, they should improve brakes on their other cars as well. Have had a friend nearly lose legs to a cultus crash.
3. Corolla it may have been bad servicing on my rental, but I hated the brakes, and felt they could give away at any time. Also I'd like to add that around 7 years back I had an accident on the motorway with my family when the brakes gave way. Was a terrifying experience.

Factors that came into my decision were -
i. I am a student, need a quick zippy car.
ii. No need for a trunk (we have other cars at home for that). Also having a trunk was negative because where i study, you have to get your car checked at security gates, opening up trunk each time is annoying, and you can't always trust guards :(.
iii. Comfortable
iv. Immobilizer
I was initially set on getting a 2011 Vitz, but after a friends' Vitz started having engine problems, I thought against it. In a hurry I bought the Vitz, because I was shelling out money on a rented car. My initial impressions were -
i. Hard seats (took a bit of time to get used to)
ii. Interior seemed too dark, (Vitz 2011 has a pretty nice interior).
iii. no bells and whistles like the vitz
it seemed pretty bare. Anyhow, after a week or so, I started really liking the car, but when I went to back to the suzuki showroom for my 1k service/check up it seemed to hit me hard in the face of their terrible service compared to honda and shahnawaz.
initially my mileage was around 11-12 km/l. Now I get anything between 12 and 15 depending on how i drive. (around 18k on the odo).
I had my car insured within the first week. got my regular services done, etc. at around 7k on the odo, a rickshaw at 6th road crashed into my front bumper, causing some damage, anyhow got it repaired under insurance (was a slight hedge up, not much). but suzuki guys took 4 days to fix up what I could get done in a day outside.
Have to say city aspire has an good quality interior, absolutely love it. I'm thinking of getting leatherite and foam to improve my car's seats.
