its been updated every year since 2003 and is actually due for a complete change in 2006 with the 8 year lifecycle toyota follows for LC

Redesign intervals have increased from 4 years (BJs) to 9 years. Thats complete redesign. The HJ or 80 series was introduced in 90, redesigned and improved over the FJ. The 100 came in 99. You calculate the next interval. The update/redesign for the Prado lineage is shorter than the LC.

Actually this is how we got them im ME 90 80series was launched and 98 100series and acording to that 06 should be the next launch. I know for fact that lifecycles times for family sedans and cars have increased by 1 year to 5 year periods but LC, Prado, 4runner has always had 8 year intervals.
