In case of Yaris which we are getting here, irrespective 1.3L or 1.5L, both will fall in 1301-1500 or 1600 cc categories, i.e. 1300 cc above, not below.

1.3L meaning 1295-1299 cc like recently discontinued XLI / GLI, the times are gone now.

The invoice which you get includes this FED tax.

I don't think IMF will allow any tax reduction at all specifically related to cars. Tax target is already reduced because of COVID-19 and this reduction in FED will further widen the gap so don't even think on those lines in my opinion.

To give a contrary example, irrespective fuel prices increase or decrease, prices of many different items and commodities remain the same or go up (especially when fuel prices increase), but never come down.

I hope you have heard news of IMF asking not to raise salaries for Govt employees as well defence budget so it's hard to believe if they will decrease in any kind of taxes but 3 days to go so we will know soon.

IMF even forced the government to raise the electricity rate but it did not happen. Infact, the electricity bills for all the businesses are zero till October.

They are not zero. A specific amount has been aloted to people with power less than 70KW. That amount would be adjust to their Bill's till october.

Suzuki doesn't charge freight to any destination in pakistan now. Its included in the price of the car which same all over Pakistan.
