So there are no manual windows probably this time.
Gli is being refered to the basic variant, Power windows might be standard. ATIV is being reffered to as Altis or aspire so a 1.3 and a 1.5 variant with alloys and all other goodies

in leaked pictures one can see 3 variants,
a variant with wheel caps another variant with alloys and a third variant with Alloys, Shark Fin Antenna and DRLS

If the above prices are confirmed then yaris will give tough competition to city. Hope yasir basic version will equipped with air bags + immobilizer which is missing in city and 1.3 engine size should be under 1300 cc

People who consider city as high tech car will stick with it

Honestly though, will hopefully push Honda to finally give us the new city (which tbh looks way better than the Yaris cartoon face :p)

People will be equally disappointed with this car like they are with the city. It's a lower segment car like the city. Only things that probably will go in favor of this car compared to city are softer suspension and the air bags.

Other than that even though current city is now 10 years old but still is better looking car and handles better. You add airbags and softer tyres and city is a perfect little sedan for the cities.

None the less vios launch will or probably have already put pressure on Honda to bring the latest generation of the city. But keep in mind new gen city will probably still have hard suspension like the current city.

Whether it would be a success or not depends upon price but one thing it will surely do is to lower the demand of XLI and GLI specially used ones for which people are demanding insane prices these days.

a 2 - 3 year old used (2016-2017) Gli is avalible btwn 2300 and 2600 in market.

Once launched it will decide its fate the price bracket will play a wide role, today a good 1600CC ALTIS is easily avalible in 28-29 lack range for a 2017-2018 model.
