Is the smart entry button in ativ x 1.5 door handle a finger print sensor? or anyone with the key can open the car with that button?

It's not a finger print sensor and anyone with the key can open the car.

Moreover if I switch off the AC/Heater i can still feel little hot air coming out of vents, and the symbol which shows the direction of air, always stays on the AC screen, it never goes away and you can change the air direction even if the fan is completely off, how is that possible?

Kindly check if the airflow direction is for outside fresh air in or for air to circulate within the car. If it's in the direction of outside air then there will be little airflow even when fan is turned off (it's the same in any car). If you want to stop that air completely then air direction should be for air to circulate within the car. Basically switch on the button next to the AC button.

No variant of Yaris has parking sensors.

Sir check both cars in detail and then decide. Yaris have more features, new engine and very good fuel economy. Turn off for me was very congested backseats and build quality.
XLI/GLI Automatic have very bad fuel average. Only plus points of XLI are bigger size, better build quality and looks. But in my personal opinion (anyone can disagree) XLI is very stripped and in used car market it's resale is also slow.

If your budget allows, do check for late 2016/2017 Pre-facelift Grande if you can find clean unit, It offer much better features and fuel economy than 1.3/1.6 auto. I did same instead of buying FL Gli's with outrageous and ballooned demands.

Why is FL GLi more expensive than old Grande?
More costly than old pre FL GLi is understandable but why more than Grande, let alone 1.6?

Why do you want to identify exact location of passenger side airbag? Keeping a separate cutout in dashboard for passenger side airbag used to be the norm but is now outdated and modern cars with airbags don't have that cutout. The portion of dashboard holding the the airbag breaks away to give way to the airbag in case of an accident.

My car's delivery month is Feb 2021 but I have not received any message regarding delivery. i have heard parts shortage is causing toyota to slow production. Anyone else got they Feb deliveries yet?

The dashboard is precut at a particular point you will have to look for it. Or look for yaris Crash videos/Images so you can determine the exact spot.
