I hope everyone is doing fine.
I want to buy Yaris top variant but I don't mind driving a manual car (regarding comfort). But I want to know what are differences in Manual VS CVT Yaris ATIV 1.5L.
Which is better in terms of fuel economy?
Are there any differences in features of both??

I would prefer to save 170K by buying manual variant, if it's fuel economy is also better and it is not lesser than AT variant.

There are no difference between manual and auto transmission in the same variant i.e Ativ X
Fuel economy would entirely depend on how you drive.
CVT would try to give you optimal fuel economy which you may be able to achieve or may not since driving style sabka different hai

I have a manual Ativ 1.3 and i am getting more or less the same avg as 1.3 CVT owners.

Keep in mind 1.5 Manual is the least selling out of all variants of Yaris and will take more time to sell as more and more people are shifting towards Auto cars and the trend especially in Pakistan is getting an Auto transmission if it is the full option top of the line variant. I intend to book Toyota Yaris ATIV 1.3 CVT Inshallah.

The dealership has told me about the High Sound Variant with very vague details.

Can anyone please share details/feedback/pics of the same (High Sound) ?

Is this optional upgrade worth it?

Or Shall I go for ATIV X 1.5 CVT?

PS.
I Intend to keep it for max 2 yrs then Inshallah I will upgrade to a bigger sedan so resale is important.

High audio variant has just one very basic lcd with rear camera and 6 speakers at cost of 60k. You can install after market Android lcd with rear camera in 20k. But there may be warranty issue after installation. You may ask dealership about it.

Dont waste your money on the high sound variant. Non android LCD and camera k 60k
Wohi same quality ka camera apko market se 3000pkr ka approx mil jaye ga
LCD bhi high quality with same fitting as original 12k

Baki your choice for the car is great. It will serve you well.

I won't suggest that you buy 1.5 Manual...

if you want a manual car get 1.3 with sound system installed from factory,

1.5 auto will give you better fuel efficiency than 1.3 auto.

If you buy the 1.5 variant, i would strongly recommend the CVT variant

No aftermarket chinese system can produce the sound quality of the JVCKENWOOD sound system installed by company

It is very hard to get the six speakers installed later, you will ruin your wiring... Just add a branded bass tube and get earth shaking sound from the original pre

If 1.5 manual is no good, i would go for 1.5 Auto.

Stock items are also chinese. Headunit is Automate (Chinese) and speakers are also Automate (Chinese) just a better quality china than we get in the market. Go for original and you can get a thousand times better headunits and speakers.
As for the wiring, when there is a will there is a way. You have to be involved if you want perfection dukaan walay ko kaha jaisay dil karay install kardo us ne ******* kar dena hai door cards ka unke clips, inner sheet metal, grips everything.

I have been installing aftermarket headunits, speakers, amplifiers, base tubes, tweeter with not even a single wire cut or even peeled.

And yes it has good quality no doubt but not worth 60k brother. 60k mein outclass industry leading Pioneer ki headunit is a way way better option.

Even agar apko yehi stock unit pasand hai people are changing is left and right (who want android or dont know care about sound quality only want bigger screen or android) and abhi 15-20k easy mil jata hai
Wait a few years 10k mein bhi jaye ga

So i would never ever spend 60k to toyota for this LCD and camera when i can get the same LCD under 20k brand new scratchless piece

Meri suggestion chinese k is liye thi because 99% people will prefer chinese lcd due to size and android so unkay hisaab ki suggestion.

I have a gli 2016 with a Grande LCD. Toyota was asking 70k for that unit and i bought it for 15k in 2017
It has better sound quality and build quality (it is also chinese) than aftermarket chinese units and i have no need for bigger screen or android so i went with decade old Grande Original Android LCD and to this day has been working flawlessly jabke aftermarket chinese units mostly die after 2-3 years.

Yaris k speakers abhi tak check nai kiay mein ne kis brand k hain but Corolla k comparsion mein yes sound quality is way way better

If you are not from the tabka that watches Baji Saima kay Thumkay while driving, the stock head unit is perfect as a music system, it lacks navigation though... there is nothing wrong with the screen as an interface for music...

I know there is a taxi driver segment around who enjoy watching songs on the ten inch android screen with 12 inch woffers, often referred to as Boofer in a wooden box placed in the boot... they give a damn to sound quality... they will definitely remove the stock unit and get android...

Automate is not a manufacturer, it is a supply vendor... this unit is supplied by automate but is a jvckenwood system and similar systems from pioneer cost around 50k to 60k without mirroring if you get them aftermarket without speakers and mirroring option. So getting this in 60k is not a bad deal... speakers are also well balanced , i don't know the brand since they are installed on doors with steel rivets not screws, can't be removed...

I have got a pioneer active basstube, costed around 30k... took five minutes to install... perfectly matched the system... get it done with high input from rear door speakers... get it done from a good installer, dont rise the gain too much on the bass tube and you get a very well matched sound
