Nobody here can give you good financial advice. That only you and your family can do for you.

If you really want to move towards a bigger car. Lets say a category B sedan and you want to use ur savings then i would suggest you two things.

1. Toyota yaris 1.3 ativ cvt.
2. The new honda city being launched (once final price and specifications are revealed).

Do not go for 1.5 ativ cvt with this much budget as you will have to pay more for the registration and insurance with 1.5 ativ cvt.

I would suggest you wait it out. Let Honda reveal City and then make a decision

Both have similar registration cost... both are above 1.3

Why buy a 1.3 ? Only the MID is worth the price difference let alone so many extras in 1.5, most of all 1.5 is the most fuel efficient variant. 1.3 lacks climate control, paying almost three million for manual ac knobs, what a waste...

Further, 1.3 cvt is hell laggy and feels painful to buy such a feature stripped variant when you could get a bigger engine with state of the art features at a minimal cost difference...

Yes Yaris 1.5 is the best option at the moment, its the most selling variant.

Buy 1.3 gli if you want a manual ride...
Buy 1.5 ativ X if you want CVT transmission

Dont waste money on Ativ, its a Complete waste...

Which is the best dealship in Lahore to book Yaris?

My job is in Sialkot. Is Toyota Siakot Motors OK? They have ensured that they will issue PBO on the spot.

Toyota Walton Lahore said usually PBO is issued on the spot but may be delayed as system is down frequently. And then immediately suggested that I go for ready delivery on just 30K Own.. which I Immediately declined. But it seems that its the best dealership in Lahore if I am not mistaken.

Any help appreciated.

In my opinion, yes, walton is the best in Lahore. They will issue it on spot as well, you should wait till they issue you one. Secondly, I wouldn’t recommend own/on whatever, because its on someone else’s name, you’ll have to pay with holding tax separately above that price in your name.

You’ll receive PBO with “customer copy” written at the bottom. Probably green footer. Your name, address, CNIC, the car you book, preferred color, and some terms and conditions would be printed on it. Booking date and Tentative delivery month would be mentioned as well.

Both variants have CVT, i know very well, but for your information 1.3 CVT is laggier and takes around 30% extra fuel in congested city driving

Please don't argue for the sake of arguing...

For cost of registration its almost the same, it sould be hardly 5k extra for 1.5... similarly insurance is almost similar... hardly a difference...

1.3 bohat achi hu gi... lekin 1.5 behtar deal hay...

As for buying achi for the first time, honestly, this is the first not so achi car... had better before... Alhumdulillah, whatever Allah has blessed me with, is more than what i deserve the purpose for comment was to guide the buyer not to disregard any of the variants.

As for your inappropriate comment, a free piece of advise for you, learn to respect. When someone is telling you something, have the patience to hear it... personal attacks show low mental level and not so achi upbringing by your parents...

If 1.3 is better, why is it cheaper? I have even had 0.8L and 1.0L cars... never had the courage to argue that they are better than 1.3...

I am planning to book 1.5 ATIV X in a few days. Can you please guide me with some queries:

• I want the invoice to be dated July (for WH Tax purposes), if I book in June and get the delivery in July will the invoice be dated June or July?
• The nearest dealership to me is Toyota Rawal Motors on GT Road, is it good for customer service or should I go to some other dealership?
• Is it worth getting 4th year extended warranty?
• Is Prepaid Periodic Maintenance worth it?
• I want luggage tray & side visors, should I get it from dealership or is after market cheaper?
• Are there any extra features I can opt for? I heard dealers are also offering installing retractable mirrors for example?
